The 2023 Maleny District Green Hills Fund Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday Oct 14th 10am at the Lake Baroon Catchment Care offices (455 North Maleny Rd, Qld 4552.)

  1. That the annual subscription payable by members of Maleny District Green Hills Fund is set to zero dollars for every year that follows the initial entrance fee of $10.00 dollars that members pay to become a member of Maleny District Green Hills Fund.

  1. That, as soon as practicable, before the next AGM, amendments to clauses 5,56 and 58 attached to this resolution titled Appendix A, are made to the constitution of Maleny District Green Hills Fund to ensure that an Auditor need only ever be appointed in circumstances where Maleny District Green Hills Fund is required to do so by law.

A Special General Meeting will be held on Saturday June 24th 2023 at 10am at Lake Baroon Catchment Care offices (455 North Maleny Rd, Qld 4552.)

This meeting will be held for the purposes of changing membership fees and also to make amendments to clauses 5.56 and 5.8 of the Constitution.
